RULES FOR PROVISION OF HOTEL SERVICES AND ACCOMMODATION
(NEXT - RULES)

In these Rules, the terms are used in the following sense:

Hotel & ndash; Hotel Tyachiv, designed for temporary residence of citizens regardless of their place of permanent residence and registration.

Guest is an individual who purchases, orders, uses, or intends to purchase or order hotel services.

Customer - a natural or legal person, including a tourist entity (tour operator, travel agent), which enters into an agreement with the Hotel to provide hotel services on behalf and for the benefit of the Guest and pays or provides guarantees for payment under this agreement.

Hotel Services - Activities of the Hotel to accommodate the Guest by providing Rooms for Temporary Accommodation, as well as other activities related to accommodation and temporary accommodation. Hotel services consist of basic and additional services provided to the Guest during accommodation and stay at the Hotel.

Basic Services - The range of Hotel services included in the Room Rate and provided to the Guest.

Additional services - the scope of the Hotel's services, which are not among the main services of the Hotel, are ordered and paid for by the Guest separately.

Room - a separate furnished room consisting of one or more rooms equipped for temporary residence.

Place (extra bed, bed-place) - part of the area Rooms with bed, bed linen, towels and other equipment according to the category of the Hotel, designed and suitable for living one person.

Reservation (order) - the process of ordering by the Customer of the main and / or additional Hotel services to a certain extent in order to use them in due time by a specific Guest or group of Guests. >

Guaranteed booking - Pre-paid booking.

Non-guaranteed booking - Ordering services without paying in advance. All non-guaranteed bookings are valid until 18:00 the day before arrival at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed bookings in case of late payment. Accommodation in the Hotel for Guests with Non-Guaranteed Reservations is subject to availability and in the order of the general queue (on the principle of & quot; First arrived - First settled & quot;).

Confirmation of booked services - the Hotel agrees to perform the ordered list of basic and additional services as requested.

Refusal to book services - Hotel refusal to book basic and / or additional services of the Hotel.

Cancellation - Customer's refusal of booked services.

Non-arrival - the actual non-arrival of the Guest, a group of Guests at the Hotel on the day of arrival.

Check-in date - the date of arrival of the Guest at the Hotel.

Check-out date is the date the guest left the hotel.

Early check-in - Guest check-in until 14:00 Check-in date.

Late Check-Out - Check out after the Checkout on the day of departure.

Tariff / price list / price list of the Hotel - a document containing prices and tariffs in force at the Hotel.

Penalty - penalties paid by the contracting party in case of violation of its requirements under the contract or applicable law.

Tourist tax - local tax, which is credited to the local budget.

The rate of tourist tax is set by the decision of the relevant village, town, city council or council of the united territorial community, for each day of temporary accommodation in a place of residence (overnight) of up to 0.5% - for residents (domestic tourism) and up to 5% - for non-residents (inbound tourism) from the amount of the minimum wage established by law on January 1 of the reporting year, for one person for one day of temporary accommodation.

Payers of the tourist tax are citizens of Ukraine, foreigners, as well as stateless persons arriving on the territory of the administrative-territorial unit where the decision of the village, town, city council or council of the united territorial community to establish the tourist tax and temporarily are located in places of residence (overnight stays).

Terms of exemption from tourist tax:

  • availability of an order for a business trip at the Guest upon arrival and / or providing a scanned copy when booking. In order for the tourist tax not to be included in the account when booking by cashless payment, it is necessary that a scanned copy of the travel order be sent to the reservation department together with the booking application, otherwise the tourist tax will be included in the account;
  • the status of a disabled person, a disabled child, which is confirmed by relevant documents;
  • availability of war veteran status, confirmed by relevant documents (including ATO members);
  • the status of a participant in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident, which is confirmed by relevant documents;
  • the guest has a permit (courses) in sanatoriums and boarding houses;
  • permanent residence of the Guest, including on the terms of lease agreements, in the village, town or city, the councils of which set the tourist tax;
  • Age of Guest up to 18 years.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Rules regulate the basic requirements for the use of services of the Hotel operating in Ukraine in the field of temporary accommodation services (provision of hotel services) to guests, regulate the relationship between guests, customers and hotel that is the provider of these services.

1.2. The business activity of the Hotel is regulated by the current legislation of Ukraine. In its activities, the Hotel is guided, in particular, by the "Rules for the use of hotels and similar means of accommodation and hotel services", approved by the order of the State Tourist Administration of Ukraine from 16.03.2004 № 19 and internal rules.


2. ACCOMMODATION PROCEDURE

2.1. The number (place) is provided to the Guest upon presentation of a passport or other identity document (passport of a citizen of Ukraine, passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad, diplomatic or service passport, seafarer's identity card, crew member's identity card, residence permit). resides in Ukraine but is not a citizen of Ukraine, national passport of a foreigner or a document replacing him, and visa for the right to stay in Ukraine (unless otherwise provided by current bilateral agreements), birth certificate of minors under 16, driver's license , for the military - an identity card or military card, a certificate issued at the place of work of the consumer, etc.), and filling out the questionnaire (registration card) of the Guest.

2.2. If there are free places and at the request of the Customer, the Guest can be provided with a Room for two or more places with full payment of the cost according to the established Hotel Tariffs for two or more people in the Room.

2.3. After completing the documents for accommodation and paying the cost of living in the Room, the Guest is issued a document confirming payment for the Room and the key to the Room.

2.4. Documents (passports or other documents), money of any country, jewelry, etc. are not accepted by the Hotel as collateral.


3. ARRIVAL, DEPARTURE, ACCOMMODATION

The hotel is open 24 hours a day. Check-in time - 14:00 hours, settlement time - 12:00 hours. Payment is due for the day of stay according to the estimated time.

If you stay less than a day, payment is made for the full settlement day according to the set settlement time and settlement hour.

In case of early departure due to reduction of hotel stay compared to the booked stay, the Guest undertakes to notify the Hotel of such reduction of stay per day and pay a penalty of the day of stay and pay for the services actually provided to the Hotel. .

Early check-in from 00:00 until 06:00 is subject to a surcharge of 100% of the room rate (breakfast included).

Early check-in from 06:00 until 14:00 is subject to a surcharge of 50% of the room stay (breakfast included).

Late check-out from 13:00 until 23:00 is subject to a surcharge of 10% of the room price per hour.

Children under 5 years of age are accommodated free of charge (without extra bed). All children over 5 years of age and adults will be charged for extra beds and children up to 5 years of age will be charged in accordance with the Hotel Price List. The price can be found by contacting the Hotel or the central booking department, as well as through the booking module on the Site.

The hotel has the right to deny the Guest accommodation in the following cases

  • The Guest has no documents, or the documents are invalid or expired, there are suspicions that the documents are fake;
  • The guest has an untidy, dirty appearance, he is intoxicated, behaves inappropriately, aggressively;
  • The guest refuses to follow the rules of living in the Hotel;
  • The guest has been added to the guest list;
  • the Guest has weapons, special means, ammunition and ammunition for them;
  • in other cases provided by the legislation of Ukraine.

In disputes, the issue is decided by the hotel administration.


4. PROCEDURE FOR BOOKING ROOMS, CANCELLATION OF CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT OF HOTEL AMBASSADOR

4.1. Room Reservations:

The hotel has the right to enter into contracts for the reservation of rooms. If there are free numbers, the administration accepts booking applications from legal entities and individuals.

The hotel has the right to enter into a contract with the Customer to book rooms by signing it by two parties, as well as by accepting a booking request by mail, telephone or other means (e-mail, including facsimile), which allows you to reliably establish ownership applications to the Customer. The contract is considered concluded only in case of written acceptance by the Hotel of the booking application sent to it.

Applications for booking rooms in the Hotel for accommodation of individual tourists, citizens and groups are submitted by the Customer within the period specified by the hotel administration, in accordance with the contract. Payment is due on arrival or prior to arrival. Payment can be made in cash, credit card, etc.

Reservations are considered non-guaranteed without payment. To make a reservation guaranteed, the guest must make a subscription. Subscriptions can be made on the Website or in any other way by prior arrangement with the Hotel.

Non-guaranteed bookings are valid until 18:00 the day before arrival at the hotel. The hotel reserves the right to cancel non-guaranteed bookings in case of late payment. The customer can confirm the reservation (thus giving him the status of Guaranteed reservation) by making a subscription with a bank card in the amount of:

  • 100% of the booking price and tourist tax rate - for one-day bookings;
  • the cost of one day's accommodation (partial subscription), or 100% of the cost of the reservation (full subscription) and the tourist tax rate - for bookings of more than one day.

If the Customer does not check into the Hotel or refuses to book later than 24 hours before the Arrival Date, the amount of the partial subscription will not be refunded and will be considered a Penalty levied in favor of the Hotel.

By confirming the reservation of the Hotel Room, the Guest accepts and agrees to the above conditions, including the Cancellation Policy and the rules in case of Non-Arrival.

4.2. Cancellation:

If canceled up to 24 hours before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Cancellations are possible by phone or e-mail listed on the Hotel's website.

If the Customer does not check into the Hotel or refuses to book later than 24 hours before the date of arrival at the Hotel, the subscription amount is non-refundable and is considered a Penalty levied in favor of the Hotel.

Cancellation Policy:

  • if canceled up to 15 days before 14:00, the date of arrival - no penalty will be charged.
  • If canceled up to 15 days before 14:00, the date of arrival will be charged for the first 2 days.

All prices for hotel services are indicated in hryvnias. Payment for accommodation is made in hryvnias. The hotel accepts payment by cash, bank transfer or bank cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The room rate does not include tourist tax imposed by the Ukrainian city administration. Tourist tax is paid separately.


5. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF GUESTS ACCOMMODATING IN THE HOTEL

Guests staying at the hotel are required to comply with these Rules, fire safety rules, as well as other regulations and legislation of Ukraine.

5.1. Guests staying at the Hotel are not allowed:

  • Enter and store in the Numbers substances, materials and objects that are dangerous to the life and health of citizens and the preservation of property;
  • Leave outsiders in the room (persons who did not fill in and sign the guest's registration card), as well as give them the keys to the room;
  • Smoking of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and hookahs throughout the Hotel (in rooms, corridors, halls and restaurants, etc.). Smoking is allowed only in a specially designated place. For smoking in prohibited areas, the Guest agrees to pay a Penalty of 50% of the cost of the Room per night for each violation.
  • Remove dishes, cutlery, food and beverages from the restaurant without prior agreement with the restaurant administration;
  • Use electric heaters that are not included in the Number;
  • Use Hotel and Room equipment for other purposes;
  • Disturb the guests after 10:00 pm and 8:00 am;
  • Bring and store firearms, gas, pneumatic and other weapons, special means, ammunition, devices and ammunition for them on the territory of the Hotel.

If the Guest has weapons, special equipment, ammunition and ammunition for them, the Hotel has the right to refuse accommodation.

5.2. Rights and Responsibilities of Guests:

  • The guest has the right to invite visitors to his room from 07:00 to 23:00. If the visitor stays in the Room after 23:00, the Guest must pay the difference between double and single accommodation if the Guest paid only for single accommodation. If two guests have already been registered in the Room, a fee will be charged for accommodating adults in an extra room in the Room. The price can be found by contacting the Hotel or the central booking department, as well as through the booking module on the Hotel's website;
  • The guest is obliged to indemnify the Hotel in case of loss or damage to the property of the Hotel, and is also responsible for violations caused by the persons (visitors) invited by him. The amount of damage is determined by the hotel administration. Losses are reimbursed by the Guest in full, in the amount covering the actual losses of the Hotel on the basis of the Act of material damage, within five banking days from the date of the said Act;
  • It is not recommended to leave money and jewelry in the Room. The hotel is responsible for the loss of money, other valuables (securities, jewelry) only if they have been separately transferred to the Hotel for storage (located in a storage room or storage room, this category does not include safes located in the rooms ).

5.3. Правила проживання з тваринами:

  • до тварин, з якими допускається проживання в готелі, відносяться тільки невеликі собаки не бійцівських порід. Готель залишає за собою право відмовити в поселенні Гостя з твариною;
  • проживання тварини в Готелі дозволяється в кількості не більше двох в одному Номері. Вартість проживання кожної тварини становить 50% від вартості 1 доби проживання (незалежно від терміну проживання Гостя). Гості, які прибули на відпочинок в Готель з тваринами, повинні мати паспорт тварини та довідку від ветеринарного лікаря з відміткою про всі щеплення, які робилися тварині.

5.4. Порядок користування приміщеннями конференц-залів

Користуватися приміщеннями конференц-залів можуть Замовники, Гості, а також треті особи (всі разом чи кожний окремо далі - Користувач).

За письмовим замовленням Користувача, Готель може надавати технічний час, не більше ніж 30 хвилин до початку заходу, що визначається як час, необхідний для підготовки проведення заходу та 30 хвилин - після його закінчення.

Розміщення будь-яких рекламних матеріалів на стінах, меблях Готелю без попереднього погодження с Готелем суворо заборонено.

Збитки, завдані Користувачем або учасниками заходів, що проводить Користувач, внаслідок пошкодження, втрати, псування майна Готелю, відшкодовуються Користувачем в повному обсязі, в сумі, що покриває фактичні збитки Готелю на підставі Акту нанесення матеріальної шкоди, протягом п'яти банківських днів з моменту складання зазначеного Акту.

Користувач не має права використовувати приміщення конференц-залу в інших цілях, крім тих, що були вказані в письмовому замовленні.

5.5. Гості, при виявленні недоліків у наданій послузі, мають право:

  • вимагати усунення недоліків у термін, визначений законодавством України та іншими нормативними актами;
  • розірвати договір і вимагати відшкодування документально доведених збитків, якщо у наданій послузі попередньо не були усунені недоліки.
